Egg Huntin'...

The Saturday before Easter, our church had their Easter egg hunt for the kids. It was a beautiful day and we loved getting to enjoy the time with several of our friends and their little ones...it is such a blessing to have an awesome church home and so many wonderful friends to share it with. The hunt is held in a neighorbood park very close to the church and there are different sections for each age group....that way the bigger kids don't run over the little ones. There were somewhere around 5,000 eggs out there! Here are some pictures from our day:

Bath Time

Avery loves her pink duck bathtub that she got from Greatgrandmother & Greatgranddaddy Jones for Christmas. I think bath time is her most favorite time of the day....

Yogurt Experiment

After our pediatric gastro had some some tests run on Avery's blood, she wanted us to attempt to give Avery some yogurt as our first "test" with her allergy issue. So, we were told to get PLAIN whole milk yogurt and try a few spoonfuls and then wait a day or so and see how she reacted. Well, this was her reaction on the first bite of the yogurt....John was feeding her and I could barely take the pictures because I was laughing so hard at her face! :) Obviously, Avery is not a fan of plain yogurt!

The good news is that she did not have a reaction to the yogurt so now we are trying a few more items with milk proteins in them! YAY!
